
Refund Policy
At 8855 Restaurant & Bar, we strive to provide every guest with an excellent experience. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations, refunds, and complaints.
1. Reservations

Standard table reservations can be cancelled at any time without charge. We simply ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer the table to other guests.

For large group bookings (8 or more guests) or private event bookings, we ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

No-shows without prior notice may affect your ability to make future reservations with us.
2. Prepaid Events & Tickets

If you have purchased a ticket or paid in advance for a specific event (e.g., Comedy Club, Golf Club), cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, but the booking may be transferred to another person or a future event at our discretion.

If 8855 cancels or reschedules an event, please speak with the staff for further instructions.
3. Food & Beverage
We do not offer refunds on food and beverages that have been consumed. If you are unhappy with any dish or drink, please inform your server immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include replacing the item or offering a discount at our discretion.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
