8855 Restaurant & Bar is located at 4, 24-25 Soi Sukhumvit 8, Khwaeng Khlong Toei, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. These terms apply to all customers, guests, and website visitors. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Reservations

  • Reservations can be made via our website, by phone, or through our social media channels.

  • A reservation is a request and is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from us.

  • We ask that you arrive within 15 minutes of your reserved time. Tables may be released after this time.

  • For large group bookings (8 or more guests), please contact us directly by phone.

3. Food & Beverage

  • Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who is intoxicated or behaving in a disruptive manner.

4. Events & Social Clubs

  • Participation in 8855 events, the Golf Club, Comedy Club, and Pool Club is subject to availability and any specific event rules communicated at the time.

  • Entry fees or minimum spend requirements may apply to certain events. These will be communicated in advance.

  • 8855 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. Guests will be notified as soon as possible.

5. Website Use

  • The content on our website is for general information purposes only and is subject to change without notice.

  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of our website or reliance on information contained within it.

  • Unauthorised use of our website or its content may give rise to a claim for damages.

6. Liability

8855 Restaurant & Bar is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property while on our premises, except where required by Thai law. Guests are responsible for their own belongings at all times.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
